Job Description
You will be based at our client’s office to provide first-level technical support and service maintenance to ensure their business operation runs smoothly uninterrupted by service breakdown. You will work together with end users and assist backend support during troubleshooting process. You should display an understanding of technology infrastructures using network security, Endpoint security or threat monitoring/scanning tools.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Review service request and handle daily technical operation (network/endpoint security) support to customers within given SLA.
- Provide system maintenance and test patches/fixes to ensure they are implemented and functioning correctly.
- Analyze customer’s network configurations.
- Assist with network, System inventory tracking.
- Provide regular updates on work-in-progress and current issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly report(s).
- Coordinate and work with third-party vendors where applicable.
- Candidate will be based at client’s site.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Must possess Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field (must indicate CGPA in CV).
- Strong communication skills in oral and written English.
- Strong will to develop skills in cybersecurity and to learn new technologies.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, have good time management and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Pleasant personality and able to work as a team player.
- Must possess own four-wheeled vehicle.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidate must be Malaysian.
