Job Description

• Work with clients to define project requirements, deliverables and goals.
• Clearly communicate expectations to all team members and stakeholders.
• Preparation of functional and technical specifications.
• Perform testing to ensure deliverables meets the quality and expectations of clients
• Prepare UAT test scenarios for clients and manage testing 
• Project monitoring to ensure project quality.
• Coordinate between client, mid-level management team, technical team, UI/UX team and QA team.
• Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to the scope are well managed.
• Build and maintain good working relationship with corporate clients.
• Complete work structure breakdown to estimate effort required for project delivery.
• Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to all stakeholders.
• Participate in scoping and project planning for new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

• University degree or diploma with relevant working experience in related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year(s) working experience in software development analyst role.
• Expertise and passion in E-commerce industry is an added advantage.
• Able to work in a team or independently.
• Able to work under tight project deadlines.
• Able to work in a fast paced dynamic and flexible environment and able to adapt to changes quickly.
• Able to plan User Journey with good User Experience.
• Must have excellent communications, analytical, problem solving skills.
