- Be a driving force in creative brainstorms by proactively coming up with ideas that are outstanding, clever, exciting and fresh
- Oversee & plan social media content calendars & campaigns. Ensure that everything is aligned to the big idea/picture and timeline
- Collaborate with the performance media & creative teams to come up with creative concepts and ensure that they are presented clearly
- Assist with copywriting duties
- Coach others to improve their quality of work
- Review and propose ways to improve the existing operational processes
- Keep up with the latest trends, ad formats and best practices
