Job Description

1. Assisting the manager to implement, plan for e-commerce strategies and execute marketing tasks and to achieve sales target 
2. Lead the team and ensure sales and operational performance for all outlet. 
3. Have good and thorough understanding for all our products (training will be provided). 
4. Responsible to prepare brief monthly sales reports and team member monthly performances. 
5. Developing and implementing administrative and procedural statements and guidelines for use by the staffs in the outlet.
6. Researching and recommending new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Outgoing, self-disciplined, independent and always willing to accept challenges.
• Good problem-solving skills and multi-tasking
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Preferably English and Chinese speaker (required to communicate to colleagues in China)
• Must possess own transport and willing to travel.
