Job Description

  • Manage and complete fiber installation with comply to SOP.
  • Troubleshoot and perform service restoration for internet service and devices with stipulated SLA.
  • Solving customer problems and complaints.
  • Identify sales opportunities and upsell products.
  • Meet performance target for NPS and sales value.
  • Coordinating complex and multi-parties service delivery beyond fiber (WiFi solutioning , Smart Home)
  • Attend periodic training to sharpen skills and knowledge related to fiber, smart devices and computing.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology
  • Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience in fiber and computing & networking.
  • Good communication skills in English, Malay, Chinese language.
  • Candidate should possess own transport and willing to travel within KL / Selangor area.
