Job Description
- Administration of company databases.
- Produce professional quality reports, presentations and briefs.
- Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally.
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
- Preparing regular financial and administrative reports.
- Delegate tasks as appropriate to other members of the team.
- Any duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Minimum requirement in Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, management or any other related fields.
- Minimum requirement of 1-2 years industry experience.
- Committed and dedicated in completing your task.
- Ensure daily operations of the company goes well.
- Delegate task properly and execute them well.
Your working location would be based in either of these location:
1) Unit 30-15, Tower 3, Icon City, Jalan SS 8/2, Sungai Way, 47300, Petaling Jaya, Selangor
2) 1-2, 1, Jalan Radin Bagus, Sri Petaling, 57000, Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.
