About The Job

Senior Designer
⦁ ⦁ Incharge to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design.
⦁ Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts for client
⦁ Produce high-quality graphics for web banners, logos, background images
⦁ Produce graphics & video content for social accounts both for educative &
promotional materials
⦁ Responsible for meeting deadlines
⦁ Able to work as a team, proactive, under pressure and responsible for the design.
⦁ Photography & Videography is a plus

Video Creator

Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for customer stories, internal company announcement videos, external promotional social videos, product marketing videos, recruiting videos, corporate training and other enterprise-wide projects
Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines and select optimal forms of media for projects
Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables
Collaborate closely with internal clients and stakeholders to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content
Plan video shoots; scout, select and reserve shoot locations
Develop production schedules
Select and hire additional crew and talent; direct and coach talent; make transportation arrangements for crew, talent and equipment; and ensure all location power needs are met
Reserve and rent equipment
Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organising raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media
Manage video library

Job Requirements

Minimum of 1 year experience in related industry such as broadcasting, advertising agency, bringing practical experience in online media creative videos.
Bachelor's Diploma or Degree or above in Mass Communication, or related.
Candidates with their own portfolio to demonstrate design skill and passion will be a plus point.
Team player
Technically strong, possessing expert knowledge in all Adobe and related software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator. As well as editing software such as Final Cut Pro & Premiere Pro
Good organisational and interpersonal communication, able to work independently
Familiar with compositions and layouts.
Up to trend
An eye for creativity and aesthetics.
A positive individual who is a reliable and dedicated team player.
Trend focused and commercially aware.
Knowledgeable and keen interest in digital media preferred.
