Job Description

As a sales account manager, you are required to maintain a good relationship with your clients in order for high retention rate. To be able to conduct your task according to plan and achieve great success with us. We are determine to hire YOU for this position if you show your impact and determination in making the name for yourself and the company. 

  • Prepare and present sales pitch follow with packages or quotation that suits client's needs. 
  • Communicate and crosscheck with clients to understand their needs.
  • Solve the dispute or errors that might come across with fast-paced response and responsibility. 
  • Build leads for future prospect and maintain good contact with them. 
  • Follow up with clients on daily or weekly basis so that they dont feel left out. 
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales target. (Overhit your target and you shall be rewarded!) 
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation. 


Job Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess GOOD command of English.
  2. Candidates must possess related field experience of 2 to 3 years in sales position. 
  3. Possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Management/Admin/Development or any other qualifications.
  4. Candidates must be diligent in their work and always responsive. 
  5. Passionate in sales and always willing to give their 100% in tackling customers.
  6. Able to multitask, adapt and understand the product that the company provides. 
  7. Not afraid to make cold calls and approach customers to meet their requirements on the spot.
