About The Job

  • Manage all day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
  • Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
  • Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
  • Report on management regarding sales results and productivity. 
  • Compliance with outlets standards and regulations.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum 5 years working experience as Operation Manager in hospitality/F&B industry.
  2. Able to communicate both verbally and written effectively with all levels of employees and customers in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.
  3. Proven leadership and management skills.
  4. Able to multi-task and work well in fast paced environment.
