About The Job
- Manage all day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
- Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
- Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.
- Compliance with outlets standards and regulations.
- Minimum 5 years working experience as Operation Manager in hospitality/F&B industry.
- Able to communicate both verbally and written effectively with all levels of employees and customers in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Able to multi-task and work well in fast paced environment.
