Job Description

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. 
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process. 
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization 
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. 
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. 
•  Ensure company compliance with labour and employment laws.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors/ Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field. 
• Proven working experience as HR manager preferably in Hospitality/F&B industry.
• People oriented leadership and results driven.
• Essential knowledge of Malaysia Labour laws.  
• In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices. 
• Able to work in dynamic environment.
