Job Description

Your responsibilities as HR Manager
  • Build the team in Malaysia by advising on legalities, salary benchmarks and best practices
  • Recruit, interview and shortlist candidates to fill vacant positions
  • Onboard new employees and coache them extensively in the first 90 days
  • Implement performance review across the team
  • Advise management in resolution of employee issues
  • Maintain HR records and manages employee documentation effectively
  • Enforce policies and procedures across the Malaysian team
  • Manage learning & development activities for skill upgrading
  • Conduct exit interviews and administer compensation & benefits
  • Lead the organization of company events such as team building events and cohesion
  • Create reports and propose new data-driven initiatives for enhancing team operations
  • Oversee office administration to ensure operations run smoothly

Job Requirements

As HR Manager, you should:
  • Be growth-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Have sound knowledge of local HR regulations (prior experience is a plus)
  • Have perfect command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Be tech-savvy
