Job Description

  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interview techniques. 
  • Maintain and update all human resources records such as new hires, employment confirmation, extension, termination, resignation etc. 
  • Handle recruitment administration aspects including preparing offer letter, conducting induction briefings/new hire-on-boarding and relevant manpower’s 
  • Handle employee and industrial relations matters 
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures and practices are implemented according to Malaysia labor laws. 
  • Implement and conduct performance management 
  • Leave and time attendance administration 
  • Proper maintenance of personnel records and file, and ensure proper safeguard of the confidentiality of all sensitive information. 
  • Prepare monthly payroll, claim & overtime calculation 
  • Manage and ensure timely statutory payment (EPF/SOCSO/EIS/LHDN) including delayed payment, and database updating of new joiners and resigned employees. 
  • Handle office insurance renewal, fire extinguisher renewal. 
  • Handle Expatriate and permit related tasks. 
  • General office admin function. 
  • Supervise office maintenance and cleanliness 
  • To perform general office duties such as ensuring office inventories is up to date. 
  • Basic accounting knowledge, cash management , principles and practices of auditing.
  • Having the knowledge of tax and regulations in Malaysia 
  • Understanding of risk management
  • Able to handle full set of accounts, daily accounting and administration operation.

 

Job Requirements

  • Candidates to have at least Diploma. Professional Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with at least five (5) years working experience.
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
  • Skill and analyzing, interpreting and reporting fiscal and financial data.
  • Must be proficient in any high-end computerized accounting system and is strong in excel spreadsheets.
  • Good knowledge of reconciliation processes and has ability to process large amounts of data with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Meticulous, analytical, good problem solving skills and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
