Job Description

• • Manages all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, eDM and Google Analytic) and campaigns to sustain an engaging audience experience to increase audience satisfaction. 
  • Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy. 
  • Works with various company departments to promote overall brand through social media channels. 
  • Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages 
  • Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces 
  • Generate monthly marketing planning and report 
  • Assist with additional adhoc duties

Job Requirements

• Excellent written and communication skills
• Knowledge on handing social media platforms
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Required Language: English
• Additional Language (Optional): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
• Independent, resourceful and prepared to work hands on.
