WE RECRUIT


Reporting to the e-Commerce Manager, as the e-Commerce Sales Support Specialist, you are responsible for enhancing all aspects of the e-Commerce purchase striving to provide our clients an outstanding luxury experience. On a daily basis, you work on bringing the Bonia journey to life within our online store by exceeding their expectations.

You have a strong understanding of the sales process, and you want to make your mark in a fast-growing environment. And above all you want to be part of a growing positive, energetic team and able to operate well in a team under pressure.

The ideal candidate will be a quick and enthusiastic learner who has the ability to multitask.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
You ensure the follow-up of all online orders from beginning to end
  • Be the key contact point between our sales teams and logistics partners
  • Provide day-to-day support to operation / sales team
  • Organize and follow up on exceptional delivery services for our clients
  • Control and follow-up clients final invoicing
  • Driving company product in third party online marketplaces as well as in-house online store

You assist the sales team in delivering a unique and outstanding customer service within the online store
  • Track, control, answer, raise complaints in time
  • Share important insights and requests
  • Ensure solutions are in place for the Clients
  • Ensure a flawless follow up of all return and exchanges  
 
You are the gate keeper of e-Commerce policies and procedures
  • Implement new procedures and follow-up on them
  • Ensure e-Commerce procedures are up to date and consistent with the e-Commerce roadmap
  • Identify & set up process improvements to optimize the sales operations efficiency and offer a successful client experience
  • Support & contribute to major operations efficiency optimization projects
  • Contribute to a positive and productive working environment by leveraging both personal and team qualities to create a highly collaborative network at all times

Job Requirements

YOUR PROFILE
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, logistics or operations coordination / support
  • Fast-learner, pro-active, enthusiastic, hardworking, diplomatic You have love for the brand
  • Experience with working in an international environment
  • Having experience in the e-Commerce field or retail is a plus
  • Knowledge of Goldsoft is a plus
  • Required languages :  English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
  • Required Skills :  e-Commerce / Digital Marketing, Advanced Excel
