Job Description
- Ensure all clients’ information are professionally stored, kept & up to date
- Promptly respond to enquiries & requests
- Conduct good follow up procedures
- Monitor frequency of clients’ visitation & clients are being serviced by Beauty Professionals
- Answer incoming calls and conduct follow up via the phone & communicate with clients through various channels
- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
- Assist with recommendation of treatments & update of latest information to clients
- Assist in preparation of paperwork & CRM
- Prepare monthly reports related to clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction & provide professional customer care support
- Always maintain a positive, empathetic & professional attitude towards customer at all times
Job Requirements
- Female candidates aged 25 - 35 years with pleasant appearance & positive attitude
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales / customer service role
- Passionate in building customer loyalty through exceptional listening & consultative relationship building
- 6-day off per month (during weekdays) – after 3 months
- Proficient in English and able to converse in English, Chinese & Malay
- Persistent and service oriented
- Good CRM software and telephone skills
- Proactive, self-motivated & a team player
- Great attention to details
- Able to start work immediately
