Job Description

• Ensure that the accorded centre’s & personal sales targets are successfully achieved on a monthly basis.
• Proactively create & establish good relationship with clients ensuring that all clients are being taken care of satisfactorily. 
• Demonstrate high personal customer service standards which includes trust, authenticity & integrity.
• Customise treatments / programmes according to individual clients’ needs professionally.
• Follow up on all given leads in order to manage / increase footfall to the respective beauty haven.
• Provide good recommendation of skincare / body care / bust care products to maximise results for each client.
• Continuously share beauty tips & advice with clients.
• Provide one to one consultation to all phone in, walk in & online enquiries accordingly.
• Plan treatment regimen for clients & be aware / understand clients’ medical history from time to time.
• Provide meticulous analysis of the skin, body, breasts, hair & eye lashes while consulting clients.
• Monitor frequency of visitation & achievement of treatment results for each client.
• Prepare monthly follow up, phone call & sales reports accordingly.
• Attend monthly sales & marketing meetings, general meetings, outlet meetings & training sessions.

• 不断与客户分享美容技巧和建议
• 一对一电话顾问服务与咨询，并提供相应的在线咨询。
• 为客户制定治疗护理，不时了解客户的治疗需求。
• 为客户提供细致的皮肤、身体、胸部、头发和睫毛分析
• 监控每位顾客的到访的频率和治疗完成的情况。
• 准备每月的跟进电话和销售报告。
• 参加月度销售，市场会议、及培训。

• Portrays a good representation of the brand & image at all times
• Achieve centre’s & personal monthly sales targets
• Recommend & cross sell suitable face, slimming, body therapy, bust care / beauty services which are result driven and suits each individual client’s needs
• Perform skin, body analysis, BMI test & etc for clients
• Follow up & monitor on clients’ treatment regimen, results & frequency of visits
• Provide professional beauty tips & advice to each client from time to time
• Maintain good, positive relationship with clients

• Female candidates aged 21 - 40 years with pleasant appearance & positive attitude
• Fresh graduates / Beauty or Counter Sales Associate are welcome
• 6-day off per month (during weekdays) – after 3 months 
• Possess similar sales / beauty industry experiences
• Candidates with beauty knowledge would have an added advantage 
• Able to converse in English, Chinese & Malay
• Proactive, self-motivated & a team player
• Great attention to details
• Able to start work immediately
