Job Description
What's your main role:
- Collect & enter data
- Maintain accurate records of information
- Professionally handle daily phone calls, SMS & whatsapp messages
- Support other administrative duties
Your key responsibilities:
- Transfer data from paper formats into CRM system & clients’ records
- Verify & type in data provided, and also update existing data
- Sort, organize & file all paperwork accordingly
- Assist in daily bookings & confirmation of appointments, treatment deductions & etc
- Prepare monthly reports
- Maintain cleanliness of reception areas
- Support other administrative duties as and when required
Job Requirements
- Female candidates would preferred highly because we deal with female clients alot
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training would be provided.
- Good knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
- Presentable appearance & positive attitude
- Able to converse in English & Malay. Other dialects would be an added advantage.
- 6-day off per month (during weekdays)
- Great attention to details
- Able to start work immediately
