Job Description
Position Overview
- Provide efficient & exceptional service to clients according to The Company’s practiced SOP, leaving all clients feeling assured, settled in & optimistic about Body Perfect
- Assist in daily booking and confirmation of appointments, treatment deduction & etc
- Professionally handle daily phone calls, SMS & whatsapp messages
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome & greet clients
- Manage daily appointments
- Handle phone calls and walk in clients
- Complete daily deduction of treatments and update CRM record
- Prepare duty roster / timetable for therapist & monthly front desk department report
- Maintain cleanliness of front desk / reception area
- Assist in issuance of invoices, treatment done slips & keep track on retail products
- Other administration duties
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Female candidates would be preferred as we deal with alot of female clients
- Presentable appearance & positive attitude
- Able to converse in English & Malay. Other dialects would be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training would be provided.
- Able to start work immediately
- 6-day off per month (during week days)
