Job Description

• Assist in coordinating, administering all aspects of accounts & human resource activities including payroll, recruitment, employee relations programmes & etc
• Maintain and update employee data
• Prepare and submit monthly reports & ad hoc reports
• Monitor the progress of employees and conduct orientation for new employees
• Conduct proper arrangements of external and internal trainings
• Continuously educate employees on company policies and culture
• Star abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring that it always stays positive & productive 
• Handle full set of accounts
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of periodic and ad-hoc management report
• Liaise with auditor / tax agents and government authorities
• Other administrative duties

Job Requirements

• Male / Female candidates aged 25 - 35 years with pleasant appearance & positive attitude
• Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree / post graduate diploma / professional degree in Finance / Human Resource / Accountancy of equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience
• Understand & adhere to all pertinent labour laws 
• Posses leadership & people management skills
• Proficient in English and able to converse in English, Chinese & Malay
• Persistent and service oriented
• Proactive, self-motivated & a team player
• Great attention to details
• Able to start work immediately
