• Strong understanding and knowledge in running Facebook advertisements
• Strong understanding and knowledge in running Google Adwords. Strong GDN and Adsense knowledge would be a plus.
• Strong understanding and knowledge in running Youtube advertisements.
• Strong understanding and knowledge in doing email marketing.
• The ability to do copywriting on a high level.

• Brainstorm with the team and prepare online marketing proposals for potential and current clients
• Pitch and present the marketing proposals to new and existing clients
• Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns on Web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, affiliate networks, retargeting and display advertising campaigns and others
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) 
• Brainstorm contents for social media and online articles 
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for clients
• Work with vendors, agencies and third parties to ensure execution of campaigns
• Work closely with internal teams and assisting with campaign launches, create landing pages and optimize user experiences
• Plan and manage marketing budget to achieve optimum results 

Job Requirements

• Strong communication skills, and an outstanding command of the English language
• Excellent writing and storytelling capabilities, and communicate in an efficient and effective manner
• Able to manage small teams and groups of colleagues - in a firm but friendly way
• Able to liaise and manage clients on a day-to-day and management level
• Can work independently and cultivate business opportunities on behalf of the agency
• Rational and logical thinker, critical problem solving is key
• Having strong fundamentals in digital communications and marketing is essential
• Able to plan, conceptualize, ideate with a strategic mindset and able to think/plan short-to-long term. 
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, cutting-edge digital workplace and loves technology and innovation (on any level) 
• A degree in Journalism, Marketing or something relatable.
