Job Description

• Plan, conceptualise and implement interesting marketing ideas with the team 
• Create brand awareness and target audience.
• Manage social media platform such as Facebook, Googles Ads, Instagram, linkedln and etc. 
• Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification 
• Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog and messaging in social media 
• Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness
• Deliberate planning and goal setting with the marketing team
• Work with internal designers to develop visual content
• Development of brand awareness and online reputation
• Cultivation of leads and sales 
• Conduct market research and analyse market needs
• Assist in other marketing events and activities, such as workshops
• Respond to customers’ enquiries and feedback
• Creative copy writing for adverts and website

Job Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or similar
• Preferably with at least 1-2 years relevant working experience but enthusiastic fresh grads are always welcomed to apply
• Acquire good written and verbal communication skills in English 
• Energetic proactive, resourceful and self-motivated. 
• Good knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and analysis. 
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
