• Responsibilities:
• Liaison between client and the software engineering team members to ensure timely and successful delivery of deliverables according to the clients needs.
• Able to manage and retain client relationships.
• Able to assist with online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings.
• Able to handle and nurture key accounts.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively on progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to clients / management team.
• Primary point of contact of the client.

Job Requirements

• Requirements:
• 2- 3 years of project management/ client servicing experience with an agency preferable.
• Complete fluency in English.
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, written and presentation skills.
• Understanding of IT Projects.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
• Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity.
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Excellent time and client management skills.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Understanding of PHP, JavaScript, Python, and other languages.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
