Job Description

• Work closely with the leadership team to develop creative concepts and directions for product development, digital materials, campaigns and projects
• Work closely with the leadership team to oversee and execute multiple campaigns and projects
• In-charge of art and visual direction of campaigns and projects
• Create and maintain a favourable public image of the company by communicating initiatives, accomplishments and point of view to the media
• Represent the company in attending to business and social events

• Build a pipeline of strategic partners that will help grow and branding/sales of the business
• Extend business support for new business opportunities such as administering client requirement with company proposals, quotations and negotiations
• Work closely with the leadership team in exploring and executing future pipelines of the company

• Complete complex projects supporting the leadership team (researching new development prospects and creating presentations for keynote speeches
• Assist in producing reports, collection and assimilation of data and monitor project performance.

• Manage travel arrangements
• Prepare materials for conference and meetings
• Track and submit the leadership team’s expense reimbursement
• Maintain confidentiality on all work issues and opportunities
• Develop an organised and efficient system for managing the administrative matter

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to draft high quality written materials and correspondence
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to be adaptable to dynamic needs
• High attention to detail and great organisation and project management skills
• Creative, forward-thinking and have a zeal for visual designs and art direction
• Fundamental photography, editing and graphic design skills
• Passionate about organisational growth
• Trustworthy and able to keep sensitive and confidential information
