Job Description
- Ensure daily businesses are operated in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with quality requirements
- Work closely with production and delivery team to ensure product and services rendered in a timely manner
- Improve the operational systems, processes and best practices in support of organization’s mission
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
