Job Description

1. Perform floral arrangements according to the production schedules.
2. Ensure floral arrangements, control and standards for each product are according to the company quality standards and client's requirements.
3. Maintain inventories of materials, equipment and products.
4. Assess project and resource requirements.
5. Perform office and retail service duties such as keeping invoices records, and serving customers if necessary.
6. Decorate or supervise the decoration of events onsite as required such as corporate events, parties or weddings. 
7. Conduct classes or workshops onsite as required.
8. Create and change in-store and window displays, designs, and looks to enhance a shop's image.
9. Water the plants, cut, condition, and clean flowers and foliage for storage.
10. Unpack stocks upon receiving into the shop.
11. Perform general cleaning duties to ensure the shop is clean and tidy.
12. Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee.

Job Requirements

• No prior experience in floristry necessary although experience is preferred
• Have a love of flowers and people
• Have a strong sense of urgency, responsibility, focus and discipline
