Job Description

  • Manage high volume of daily enquiries by providing accurate, valid and complete information
  • Assist and guide customers to place orders on our sales channels
  • Resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face in a timely manner and follow up closely to ensure resolution
  • Work closely with production and operation team to ensure products and services rendered can achieve high customer’s satisfaction
  • Improve the operational systems, processes and best practices in support of organization’s mission
  • Contribution of short and long term organizational planning strategy 


Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a Customer Service Executive
  • Self- initiator with a high sense of urgency
  • Excels at  multitasking, prioritizing and managing time effectively 
  • Ability to remain calm and empathetic in high stress situations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative management style
  • Knowledge in using any CRM tool will be an added advantage
