About The Job

  • Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department
  • Manage a high volume of daily enquiries (email, live chat, phone call, Whatsapp, social media etc) by providing accurate, valid and complete information
  • Create effective customer service procedures, policies and standard
  • Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them
  • Maintain accurate record and document all customer service activities and discussions
  • Hire and train new customer service agent(s)
  • Resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face in a timely manner and follow up closely to ensure resolution
  • Work closely with the production, operation and marketing team to ensure products and services rendered can achieve high customer satisfaction
  • Stay informed on the latest industries best practices and techniques

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager
  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
  • Possess an excellent command of the English language
  • Ability to speak, read and write in Mandarin will be a strong added advantage
  • Possess strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment (start-up experience is a plus)
  • Excels at  multitasking, prioritizing and managing time effectively 
  • Passionate about enhancing customer experience to promote retention and loyalty
  • Attention to details and analytical
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative 
  • Data and performance-oriented, able to identify and manage up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Knowledge in using any CRM tool will be an added advantage
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail or consumer product support
