Job Description
JOB TASK
- Prepare Memo, employment & partners agreement (Based on sample draft)
- Update attendance card & prepare monthly attendance report for leave & absences (maximum 25 people)
- Arranging the courier dispatch & etc.
- Managing hotel booking & flight ticket for Speaker & Staff
- Prepare necessary needed for the event/training
- Prepare Summary of the Expenses for events
- Facilitate Director's banking request
- Process month end's necessary payment
- Process month end payroll, EPF/KWSP, SOSCO, SST, PCB, etc
- Process other relevant payment such as Credit card, Phone bills, TNB &etc
- Prepare monthly financial report
- Issue invoice & payments receipts
- Able to prepare a quotation
- Accounts recording
Job Requirements
- Good English & Bahasa command in Writing & Speaking
- You should be a Diploma/Bachelor degree holder of any disciplines. Fresh Graduate welcome to apply.
- Good at Microsoft Office, Excel, Word & Etc
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Good Creativity
- Good at being Independent
- Good at continuous learning.
