Job Description

• Owner of company’s ISO 9001 system, responsible in driving the implementation of ISO QMS within the organization and ensure compliances.
• Responsible for and to conduct inspection of all incoming and outgoing stocks ensuring that they meet company requirements.
• Conduct internal cross-department audits, provide report on non-conformances, follow up on non-conformances closure and provide recommendation for improvement.
• Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes for alignment with ISO 9001 requirement. Work with other department heads to produce quality process flow and ISO documentation.
• Lead a team of Quality inspectors
• Report to management on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement.
• Conduct periodic management ISO review meetings.
• Responsible for accuracy and timely inspection/calibration of monitoring and measuring devices.
• Keep up on standards, regulations/laws, issues, and news with respect to ISO 9001 QMS.

Job Requirements

• Minimum degree in engineering or quality
• Minimum 10 years or more experiences in ISO, Quality Assurance and Quality Control. Current ISO certification or similar certification is required.
• Minimum 5 years or more in the automotive industry
