Job Description
- Plan, execute and deliver customer’s orders as per customer’s requirements.
- Ensure inventory management is accurate.
- Execute operations processes by determining product packing, handling and storage requirements to ensure continuous product supply.
- Manage customer’s enquiries and warranty claims and set customer-service standards according to company policies.
- Ensure timely payment by customers as per company policies.
- Contribute operations information and recommendations to management for sales forecasting, import/export planning and production management.
- Analyze operations process workflow for efficiency and effectiveness and continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Hands on experience in handling international shipment and customs clearance
- Knowledge in shipping terms, experience in using accounting software for invoicing and preparation of shipment documentation
- Experience in automotive accessories will be highly desirable
