Job Requirements
Candidates must possess a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying
At least 3-5 years working experience preferably in interior renovation works
Able to prepare Bills of Quantity
Able to prepare progress claims and post contract works
Must be self-motivated
Have to liaise with consultant QS and sub-contractors
Have good interpersonal and communication skills
Preferably QS specializing in Interior Design or equivalent.
