Job Description

• Plan, build and propose new acquisition strategies including outreach on social media, 3rd party sites, and influencers to achieve marketing targets.
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and marketing operations to plan, build and implement overall marketing strategies.
• Manage and monitor marketing channels to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with objectives.
• Plan and monitor campaign spending against allocated budget.
• Prepare, report and analyse campaign performance metrics in a timely manner to ensure conversion funnels are successfully achieving marketing objectives.
• Oversee management of marketing/media agencies for social media and 3rd party sites to ensure performances are aligned to marketing objectives.
• Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices. Constantly research and identify latest trends including competitor analysis to provide suggestions for improvements.
• Communicate and resolve bugs with relevant departments for marketing stake holdings.
• Oversee marketing stake holdings which includes on-site activities and programs.
• Oversee all social media accounts related to client's brand. 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or Advertising/Media.
• Requires 2 years of working experience in strategizing and optimizing paid media strategies on various channels including Facebook/Instagram, AdWords, YouTube and other third-party ad platforms.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel.
• Strong familiarity with multiple social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, impressions and has a proven track record in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns.
• Tech savvy and has good knowledge of online marketing tools.
• Experience in marketing agency, e-Commerce, affiliate marketing or dropshipping business will be an added advantage.
