Job Description

  • Prospecting: Offer insurance / road tax quotations to customer (Engage with customer via phone calls / emails / face to face and walk in customers).
    To retrieve important details from customer to generate quotations & to complete the renewal process.
  • Provide daily general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office and business operations activities.
  • To attend to all customer fulfilments after sales closed.
  • Organize, develop and maintain proper filing system.
  • Assist to track the leads and follow up with required documents and tasks.
  • Liaise with authorities and relevant government bodies to ensure relevant business licenses being obtained and renewed in timely manner.
  • Organise conferences, seminars and exhibitions, as well as parties and corporate trips.
  • Perform market and technical research concerning new products and innovative offers. Identify market needs and business opportunities.
  • Monitor technological trends and analyse digital innovations in the market.
  • Promote and enable employees to acquire necessary knowledge, skills and competencies in the areas of financial and insurance technologies.
  • Define, design, develop and deliver fintech/insurtech training for employees according to the company’s and individuals’ needs.



Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent
  • Enjoy in touch with new mobile developments and technologies
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and have passion for great efficiency
  • Ready to communicate with external agencies (Governments agency and insurance companies)
  • Ability to work on selected weekends (based on duty roster)
