Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handling live chats and email through all over social media pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
- To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information
- Overseeing customer service provided via social media
- Monitoring social media platforms like your own and respond to all comments and queries
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position
- Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career as customer service/ social media executives are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided
- Respond to all social media channels timely everyday like how you manage your personal accounts
