Job Description

  • Engage with customers on various platforms (customer care line, Facebook, WhatsApp, ticketing system), take note of their concerns and provide solutions
  • Educate customers about company products and how businesses can gain benefit 
  • Channel customers’ concerns to the team, and suggest ways to improve customers’ overall experience of the brand and product 
  • Manage company events & training workshops to increase customers’ awareness and knowledge of the company’s brand and product

Job Requirements
