Get to indulge into Open Source concept by becoming our Open Sauce Cafe Team!

We're looking for proactive, independent, innovative superhero with a strong passion to assist us in driving F&B sales & marketing through our Open Sauce Kitchen. You will be working directly with us alongside Me.reka team in strategy and develop continuous growth to achieve profits target, customer expectations and exposure. The eventful roles that you will be doing are to:

assist to create financial models and communication strategy
coordinate the design of promotional material and distributing in online and offline channels
work cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders and sustain rapport
strive to dig in and identify customer wants and market opportunities
promote Open Sauce Kitchen on our various media to maintain visual identity
workflow fluctuates frequently and there will be a wide variety of tasks that will inevitably teach you something new.

You may be required to work evenings and weekends for Me.reka Events & Programmes. Replacement leaves will be provided in these instances.

The perk? Basic allowance of RM2000 + sales commision. You will get free 'makan' and drinks! Oh, and commissions for sales that you have made. Bring your positivity, upbeat energy and we'll love you forever!

About the team:

Open Sauce Kitchen offers a place in Me.reka (Biji-biji offspring) to bring everyone back to the basics – cooking and eating, community style! Open Sauce is, well, an open source kitchen that happily hosts anyone who can cook, as well as those hungry for a different kind of dining experience. You could be an aspiring foodpreneur looking to test out your spanking new menu, or you’re a seasoned home chef hoping to share your cooking prowess with the world. All cuisines are welcome!

Job Requirements

Qualification & Requirements for this SUPERHERO:

Minimum a Degree holder,
Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field. Fresh grads are welcome to apply

Must-skills and personality:

Demonstrates vast experience in engaging with stakeholders
Excellent written, presentation skills, ability to highlight and explain relevant data
Strong financial analysis skills
Project implementation, including performance monitoring and budget preparation and tracking
Strong team player, people-oriented, a quick learner, and thrive on the excitement of a goal-oriented team
Work well in a challenging, dynamic environment and under pressure circumstances
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, familiar with and able to operate in the fast pace and multicultural environment.
