Job Description

Our team mission is to enhance economic, social and environmental impact by designing sustainable solutions, providing a holistic approach, capturing the value of discarded waste materials and raising awareness amongst the general public to be accountable for their waste.

We are also managing Beyond Bins project to tackle the plastic waste problem through innovative and self-sustaining solutions for the communities. Beyond Bins introduces small-scale plastic recycling solutions, at the same time promoting an alternative source of income to the community through the production & re-selling of recycled products.

We operate mainly from Me.reka, Publika, KL. We are looking for someone who is committed and passionate in this role, bold to try ad-hoc challenges in our organization and positive to discover new skills.

Core capabilities and responsibilities:

  • To execute sales strategies and client service
  • Drafting project proposals, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required, alongside the Business Development team
  • Cultivating strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • To manage secured projects and work in close collaboration with the Project Team/Project Managers to ensure smooth delivery of projects

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience of project management, marketing, sales
  • Knowledge of sustainability
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or related fields
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English and Malay written and communication skills
  • Extra advantage:
    • Experience in content creation, copywriting and digital marketing
    • Basic graphic designing
    • Eye for design and creativity
