Job Description

Passionate about branding? Jack of all trades, especially when it comes to marketing and communications? We're looking for an enthusiastic individual that's a master of a variety of marketing and communications skills - ranging from graphic design, illustrations, web design, web development, copywriting, proofreading, photography, videography, social media management, digital marketing, etc. You don't have to be a master of all - but you shall have a basic understanding of how various medium works.

The ideal candidate should be able to perform the following:
  • Assist with curating, creating, scheduling, and posting brand communications materials on social media
  • Assist in curating, monitoring, and reviewing blog posts written by others; assist in writing blog posts
  • Assist with preparing CMS database for the website, and assist with maintenance and updating of website content
  • Assist with preparing marketing materials - press releases, posters, photography briefs, videography briefs, etc
  • Assist with curating clubhouse sessions 
  • Assist with digital marketing using Facebook Manager and Google Ads
  • Assist with preparing and implementing a style guide

Job Requirements

  • Excellent proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking in English and Malay is a must
  • Mandarin, Tamil, and any other Malaysian languages/dialects will be an asset
  • Excellent proofreading and copywriting skills
  • Design eye and skills is a must
  • Familiarity with tech tools, web design, and web development is preferred
  • Familiarity with graphic design, illustrations, photography, videography, etc
  • Able to work as part of a team and independently
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
