About the team:
Our team mission is to enhance economic, social and environmental impact by designing sustainable solutions, providing holistic approach, capturing value of discarded waste materials and raise awareness amongst general public to be accountable for their waste. 

We operate mainly from our HQ in Biji-biji Factory, Klang. However, we have a second office in Me.reka Makerspace, Publika, KL. This role will require you to be working solely in our Biji-biji Klang Factory. We are looking for someone who is committed and passionate in this role, bold to try ad-hoc challenges in our organization and positive to discover new skills.

To assist Factory Manager to:
  • Starting up, shutting down and monitoring facility equipment.
  • Fulfil the team's organizational needs such as work permits, official letters, procurement, maintenance etc.
  • Manage troubleshooting problems and maintenance of all company assets and equipment.
  • Day to day liaison with internal and external customers.
  • Perform housekeeping of all facilities to maintain cleanliness and general appearance to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Assist construction on an as needed basis.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of management, procurement, operations and control system.
  • Must have computer skills and proficiency.
  • Must be a team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally.
  • Must be able to do heavy-lifting.
  • To be familiar about the team vision and mission.  

Effectively deal with ad-hoc challenges, keep calm in pressing situations, be flexible with last-minute changes, and still have a positive attitude throughout :)
