We are expanding our talent pool to hunt for a driven Business Development & Sales Superhero with superior strategic and analytical skills, natural sales instincts and a passion for change. If you have a knack for capitalising on warm leads, tapping into your competitive nature and excelling in your use of the written word - we would love to meet you.

You will play a huge part within the Business Development & Sales team to execute business development activities by meeting and managing clients and communities as well as developing new partnerships and be involved in project management. You will execute strategic sales & marketing initiatives to maximize and achieve sales goals through marketing, our website and social media channels, public relations and internal team collaboration.

The Team

Core capabilities and responsibilities:

To develop, implement and execute sales strategies and client servicing with a mission to reach the sales target, alongside the Business Development team
To draft project proposals, grant applications, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required, alongside the Business Development team
To work collaboratively with the Marketing team in order to meet sales targets
To cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients
To ensure an effective lead generation pipeline by actively responding to inbound inquiries
To conduct creative and innovative market research and identifying potential clients and leads
To collate and maintain client information in the CRM database
To support as needed on wider group sales and marketing activities
To manage secured projects when necessary and work in close collaboration with the Project Team/Project Managers to ensure smooth delivery of projects

Job Requirements

Preferably 2 years of experience in marketing strategy and execution. However, fresh grads and junior-level experience are also welcomed to apply
Bachelor degree in Project Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or related fields
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent English and Malay written and communication skills
Attention to sales opportunity
Able to think strategically and work independently, yet collaboratively
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with the prospective clients in the language of marketing/creative and innovation insight/brand development
Extra advantage:
Experience in content creation, copywriting and digital marketing
Basic graphic designing
An eye for design and creativity
