Job Description

• Serves customers by up selling BigPay products and meeting customer needs.
• Services existing BigPay customer accounts, and up selling customer retention programs by planning and organizing daily work schedule to hit daily targets.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and sales target.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• High school diploma with minimum one year of telesales/telemarketing sales experience
• You will need be proactive and bright, able to adapt quickly and efficiently, act on your own initiative and help grow the team and our capabilities at considerable speed.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation
• Dependable with strong attention to detail
• Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment
• Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
• Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
