About The Job

  • Act as brand steward responsible for execution and development of the brands visual language
  • Manage brand style guide to ensure strong and consistent visual communication both online and offline
  • Provide creative direction and oversight on digital, print and video graphic projects
  • Develop and execute unique creative concepts that are rooted in data driven insights
  • Constantly deliver high-quality creative for content/social, performance marketing, and events
  • Collaborate with team members from marketing and engineering to deliver best in class product materials
  • Ensure the execution of creative campaigns is well integrated and aligned with the brand
  • Recruit, manage, and develop world-class design talent
  • Foster a design-centered culture within the company 

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in the graphic design, illustration, branding, or a creative leadership role
  • Diploma/degree in graphic design or visual communication
  • Previous management experience at a consumer focused start-up or agency
  • Highly-skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign or Sketch, Zeplin
  • Have proven track-records demonstrating ability to manage a project independently
  • A healthy obsession over human-centered design, customers and quality
  • Understand the overall market and competitive space in cryptocurrency locally and globally
  • Strong project management skills and ability to present work to management team
  • Understanding of UI/UX best-practices.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Passion for photography and videography
  • Constant learner who stays on top of latest design trends and best-practices
  • Excited to work on a multicultural  team spread across global offices
  • Interest or passion for travel, fintech, gadgets and mobile devices
