About The Job

  • Work directly with support and product managers to triage application bugs and regressions
  • Provide functional and regression level testing for iOS, Android, API, and Web applications
  • Execute manual and automated functional and regression test cases
  • Automate API documentation (e.g Swagger, API blueprint)
  • Provide test estimates, record, track and report defects to depict the status of the sprint and/or system stability
  • Execute smoke and regression testing on application deployments 

Job Requirements

  • 5 years working in web/mobile application quality assurance
  • Proven record of managing and mentoring teams
  • Deep understanding of software quality assurance methodologies and best practices
  • Proficiency with Gherkin Syntax and building user scenario
  • Familiarity with Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
  • Proficiency with Web integration testing (e.g Cypress, Capybara, RSpec)
  • Proficiency with Mobile integration testing (e.g Appium)
  • Write specs using JavaScript/Ruby/Go/Java libraries that are compliant with the Gherkin Syntax
  • Experience with test frameworks: Selenium, Cucumber, REST- Assured, JUnit, and TestNG

Bonus Points
  • Experience with CI/CD
  • Proficiency is any of these languages: Java, Kotlin, Swift, Ruby, Go, JavaScript, PHP
  • Proficiency in any of these technology domains: Travel, Web, FinTech, Cryptocurrency, Lifestyle
