About The Job

  • Requirements gathering with product managers, business and operation users. 
  • Perform system/functional analysis to facilitate the functional requirements.
  • Creation of operational workflows, and use cases diagrams.
  • Contribute towards the relevant sections of the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
  • Provide viable solutions that improve operational efficiency, user experience, and delivers business initiatives.
  • Review and sign-off the artefacts and solutions produced by the technical teams and vendor.
  • Provide system integration testing, user acceptance , regression testing and rehearsal testing support. 
  • Contribute towards the end-to-end solutioning for these new products. 
  • Share expertise by providing training and knowledge sharing sessions. 
  • Manage stories to deliver on time with the resourced budget. 
  • Arrange the right project resourcing, including in-house and contracting, to minimise project delivery lead times. 
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects of various sizes at any given time. 
  • Engage in timely communications with stakeholders (Product Manager, Tech Leads, Business Heads). 
  • Ensure product backlog is updated and available for everyone.

Job Requirements

  • 4 years of IT experience in software development or 3 years in IT or management consulting.
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven record of negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to work in a high-growth and multicultural environment. 
  • Able to work independently or in a team to resolve issues and/or identify solutions in a timely manner. 
  • Sound functional analysis and project management skills. 
  • Hands-on experience with data/interface mapping and troubleshooting. 
  • Practice of SDLC and/or Agile Scrum.
