Job Description

• Coordinating team's schedules to meeting timelines within budget 
• Generate timely reports/updates on team's progress to share with Producer/Director 
• Assisting the Animation Director and Producer in producing media content 
• Maintaining working relations with existing clients 
• Reading, researching and assessing ideas and finished scripts 
• Controlling the budget and allocating resources 
• Supervising the progress of the project from pre-production to post-production

Job Requirements

1. A recognised Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in animation, filmmaking, mass communication or producing 
2. Clear communicator with good presentation skills 
3. Good command of English language 
4. Ability to organise information with enterprise softwares (eg Microsoft Office, Google Sheets/docs) 
5. At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in the media industry and video production, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply 
6. Having strong interest in Animation will be a plus point 
7. Able to work in a fast-pace working environment
