Job Description

• Understanding the clients’ core message and target audience
• Developing, conceptualizing, and scriptwriting of creative content (includes both short and long-form)
• Responsible for the entire writing process from story development to outlining and scriptwriting, until the final production script is approved
• Pitching of creative concepts
• Taking an active role in brainstorming sessions and collaborations with other Directers & Producers
• Collaborate with other teams such as Art, Design, Tech & Production teams

Job Requirements

• A recognized Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Art, Writing/Media and Communications or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience required
• An avid interest in Video, Advertising, Art and Design
• Experience in writing corporate video scripts (live-action & animation) is a must
• Strong level of proficiency in English is a must
• Strong level of proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
• Familiar with Live-action Production and Animation video processes
• Able to ideate and come up with concepts for videos independently
• Experience in leading creative discussions for concepts is a plus
• Able to design background
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
• A team player with a positive attitude and professional work ethic
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong portfolio of sample scripts (Corporate, TVC, Branding, Commercial clients), Pitches, Creative Concept examples, Copywriting required
