Job Description

Key Responsibilities 
  • Communicate with Singapore’s HR team regularly to get a clear view of the Company’s hiring needs and organisational goals
  • Create and publish job ads in various job portals, schools, and social media networks
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media, recruitment portals, career fairs, graduation shows
  • Liaise with hiring managers on hiring needs and keep track of hiring status
  • Conduct Interviews, screen job applications, manage in end-to-end recruitment and selection process
  • Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
  • Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
  • Liaise with hiring managers to draft out career maps for new hires and participate in performance management action plans
  • Research, develop, implement company retention strategies
  • Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide advice and counselling on disciplinary issues to employees and ensure actions are taken
  • Perform quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  • Design, implement and maintain effective training and development plans
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice

Job Requirements

Key Requirements 
  • Recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Human Resource would be preferred
  • At least 1 year of relevant HR experience will have an added advantage. Fresh Grads are welcome to apply
  • Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations
  • A high degree of thoroughness and accuracy when reviewing or creating materials
  • Strong interest in the digital world and media will have an added advantage
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office software (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Positive attitude and professional work-ethic; self-motivated and who can function independently most of the time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and conflict management skills
