Job Description

• Daily accounting operations, finance matters, and administrative tasks
• Handling accounts payable and receivable, issuance of cheques and remittance advice, accounts receivable including invoicing, collection of fees, and issuance of receipts
• Ad Hoc financial analysis projects i.e. Collation of data from operations to identify profitable segments
• Data entry

Job Requirements

• A recognized Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Fresh grads are welcome to apply
• Proficient in MS Office Skills and accounting systems
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel
• Conduct financial analysis using various data collection software
• Familiarise with accounting concepts and application
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Organized and possess good time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team player
