Job Description
- Attend to customers' issues, follow up and resolve.
- Test on product before guiding customers.
Provide technical assistance. - Record any system bugs or enhancement and report to R&D personnel.
Applicants must be able to work in night and committing rotational shifting schedule. - Full time position(s) available.

Job Requirements
- Ability to converse in Mandarin fluently & typing in Chinese as need to liaise with customers from China.
