About The Job

  • Attend to customers' issues, follow up and resolve.
  • Test on product before guiding customers.
    Provide technical assistance.
  • Record any system bugs or enhancement and report to R&D personnel.
    Applicants must be able to work in night and committing rotational shifting schedule.
  • Full time position(s) available.
  • Training and Guidance provided.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to converse in Mandarin fluently as need to liaise with customers from China.
  • Good problem solving skills.
    Proactive and knows how to collaborate with other team members.
    A responsible and committed person.
    Applicants have at least 1 to 2 years of working experiences in relevant field will be an added advantages.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
