Job Description
We are looking to grow our team to promote our new product Home Tester Club. Home Tester Club is a social community of main grocery buyers who rate, review and test grocery products. Launched in July 2015, the demand from clients and consumers has been significant and therefore we are looking for a new member to join our team.
An ideal candidate will be a strategic and talented bilingual individual who is able to leverage on social media to meet company’s business and brand goals, within the environment of advertising agencies, building strong partnership with our clients. Over time, they will develop into a product expert and advocate, integral in the continued growth of our products in existing and new markets that fits within the clients overall marketing plans.
Major Responsibilities/Activities
- Monitor and manage various social media and digital platforms for our offices globally, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube.
- Develop and execute social media, email and digital marketing content across all our social media and digital platforms.
- Oversee and grow the Home Tester Club community, ensuring brand engagement across company owned social media and digital platforms is in line with the company’s brand reputation.
- Monitor and respond to correspondents and reviews within the company owned social media and digital channels, addressing any hateful or inappropriate user content promptly and completes required reporting to clients where required.
- Program online surveys and contest across all company’s digital media platforms.
The right person is fluent in both English and Thai language, written and verbal. They will be motivated, proactive, highly dependable and have a passion for media and advertising coupled with loads of enthusiasm and drive to deliver fantastic results for both the clients and Buchanan. They will demonstrate strong communication, organisational and time management skills, responding well to direction and following through with confidence and accuracy to ensure work is completed on time and within budget. Job Requirements
Knowledge and Skills Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai language.
- Basic English written and communication skills is required.
- Must have strong knowledge and experience in social media, digital media. Savvy in Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Photoshop, Google Analytics and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multi-task, meticulous and strong project coordination skill
- Ability to work within a team
- Ability and report on daily marketing and projects activities
- Initiative, drive, common sense, creative flair and flexibility essential
- Post-Secondary education in writing, marketing/advertising, communications, client servicing or related field are desirable
- Thai native speaker residing in Malaysia permanently has the better chance.
